Recently I was in a store waiting in line to buy some magazines. The woman in front of me was checking her lottery tickets. This woman had several wining number combinations and the clerk at the register explained to the woman that she needed to contact the lottery headquarters to receive her payment as it was above the store limit on payouts. She then added to the woman which I found very intriguing “You know how to do that it’s not the first time you have had to contact them regarding your winning ticket”.
I am not normally a nosey person but that statement did make me curious. After the woman left and I was being served I asked the cashier if she had seen the woman regularly. She told me that she came in every week normally to buy lottery tickets and check them. She then added that she had never seen anyone as lucky in her life as the woman won most weeks.
After a little more questioning, the clerk told me that the woman won anywhere from a couple of hundred dollars to several thousand dollars at a time. I laughed 
and said some people have all the luck to which the girl said “not if you use a system”. Pushing for more information and as no one was queue behind me I asked her what she meant by ‘not if you have a system’ She went on to explain that over the months of the woman coming in she had chatted to her several times about how she was able to win week in week out.
It turned out that the woman was using a system to win. She had not elaborated on where she came up with the system. This intrigued me even more and I decided I was going to find out if it was possible to win on a regular basis using a system.
Now I have played the lottery occasionally and usually I do it when the jackpot is very high. Over the years I have had a few wins nothing big but a few dollars here and there. The thought of being able to win on a regular basis started to drive me in my quest to find out how I was going to accomplish this.

Now on the other hand if you purchased lottery tickets with money you needed to pay your gas bill with then you could have problems. Playing the lottery is meant to be fun and is not meant to cause you problems, so avoid issues like not being able to pay your bills because you bought lottery tickets instead.
To a larger extent I think that every one reading this would say “me”. Then again with all the bad publicity of those who have won and who’s life’s have become total disasters more and more people are asking the question “do I want to win?”. I think before we answer the question we need to contemplate the consequences of such an action.

On the other hand we never really hear about the people who have won and go on to lead very fruitful lives as a consequence. These stories may not seem news worthy for publishers or the people that won just keep a low profile. Through out the world there are a number of people who have won that have gone on to affect many peoples lives in a positive way.
We can all think that winning such a vast amount of money will not changes us and constantly tell others around us that if I win I will do this or that. The cold truth of the matter is none of us really know what we would do given such a large responsibility. We can only hope that we are wise enough to make the right decisions and responsible enough to see the good we can accomplish.
